LED Work/Reverse Light – reverse light and work lighting in one

An LED Work/Reverse Light combines a bright reverse light with a powerful work light for the rear of your vehicle. That way you always have enough light when reversing, maneuvering, or hitching up a trailer – at horntools you'll find Strands Work/Reverse Lights in various versions.

What is an LED Work/Reverse Light?

A Work/Reverse Light is mounted at the rear of the vehicle and performs two functions at once: as a reverse light it illuminates the road behind the vehicle when reversing, while at the same time serving as a work light for the rear area – for example when hitching up a trailer, unloading, or working behind the vehicle in the dark.

Which Work/Reverse Light suits your vehicle?

Depending on your vehicle and intended use, different versions are available:

Pure Work/Reverse Lights (e.g. Strands WORK/REVERSE LIGHT 25W) combine reverse light and work lighting in one compact fixture.

Duo variants (e.g. Strands UNITY ULTRA FLAT DUO WARNING/REVERSE LIGHT) combine reverse and warning functions for extra safety while maneuvering.

Models with a wide voltage range (e.g. 10–110V) are especially suitable for commercial vehicles, trucks, and trailers with different onboard electrical systems.

FAQs

What do you need an LED Work/Reverse Light for?

An LED Work/Reverse Light provides better visibility behind the vehicle when reversing and, at the same time, lights up the work area at the rear – handy when hitching up a trailer, unloading, or working in the dark right behind the car.

What's the difference between a reverse light and a Work/Reverse Light?

A classic reverse light only illuminates while reversing. A Work/Reverse Light additionally combines this function with a work light, so the fixture can also be used while stationary as bright work lighting for the rear area.

Which vehicles are LED Work/Reverse Lights suitable for?

LED Work/Reverse Lights are equally suitable for cars, vans, motorhomes, trailers, and commercial vehicles. Models with an extended voltage range (e.g. 10–110V) are especially suitable for trucks and vehicles with a different onboard voltage.
